• 1- BSS/OSS Knowledge for Mobile, Fixed, Wholesale, ICT, AI, IoT, Cloud, Managed Services or All
• 2- Standards/Frameworks of Telecom (TMForum frameworks eTOM or TAM)
• 3- Business Analysis Skills
• 4- Writing Requirements Skills including Traditional and Agile Approaches through UML Standards, User Stories, etc.
• 5- Communication and Presentation Skills
• 5- Project Management Skills
