Job Position – Business Analyst

Responsible for the management and analysis of all the databases owned, maintained, or accessed by the department. ? Will be in charge of all the data query, analysis, and reporting requirements of the various internal clients serviced by the team and will also be expected to supervise other data analysis experts in the team. The main deliverable is to prepare, mine, analyse and present the insights coming from large datasets which will be useful for data-driven decision-making in the company. ? Develop a quick understanding of the clients requirements and the agility to act on them in a valuable and practical, yet realistic approach. ? Develop and deliver as requested, or initiate the development of, KPI measurement, dashboard, and regular reports with observations, analysis, key findings and recommendations that will help the department in understanding its business and operationalizing action plans for improvements. ? Be the data expert in the department
Experience-6-9 years
– Sr. BA-Data
Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience as Business analyst in IT system development. should have good analytical and process skills, Well versed in Agile/Scrum methodology. Should be able to Analyze, prepare, draft and review the requirements. Liaison with business users /Product owners to study the existing process and analyze the requirements and propose improvements. Should have experience in on boarding development team on the requirements to implement the functionality without any gap. Prepare use cases and testcases for UAT together with business users. must have knowledge and experience on Data Projects and preferrable in airline domain
Experience-10-12 years
We need some one with IT background working as a Business analyst not Business Intelligence analyst.
Also, candidates must be strong with Agile (Preferably some sort of certification is helpful PSM1,PSPO1,CSM,CSPO, SaFe Agile etc).
