Job Position – Business Development Executive

Hiring for a motivated and results-driven to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through both field visits and office-based business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
2. Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and promote the company’s products and services.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Understand customer requirements and offer suitable business solutions.
5. Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
6. Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close sales opportunities.
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
8. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
10. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
11. Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings and field sales activities.
A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
