Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research to identify real estate trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s real estate portfolio.
Identify and pursue new clients, investors, and partners to enhance the company’s real estate network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and industry stakeholders.
Lead negotiations for real estate transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Drive sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets in real estate transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for property sales and leasing.
Requirement:
Minimum 4-7years of experience in UAE with real estate companies is required.
Proven experience in real estate business development, with a strong understanding of the local real estate market
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex real estate concepts to clients and stakeholders.
A well-established network within the real estate industry, including connections with property owners, developers, and investors.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding real estate sales and revenue targets.
