Location : (Construction Company) – Abu Dhabi, UAE.
For a construction company, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the construction industry. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand the company’s client base, generate leads, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents for construction projects.
Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to promote the company and generate leads.
Negotiate and close contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and track market developments, industry regulations, and emerging trends to identify business opportunities.
Provide market feedback and insights to senior management to support decision-making and business planning.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders to showcase the company’s capabilities and services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the UAE Market.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including market dynamics, project lifecycle, and industry players.
A strong network of contacts within the construction industry, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and project requirements.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
The results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with internal departments.
