Job Position – Business Development Manager

REQUIREMENT:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration / finance / marketing or related Fields
– 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Corporate Relationship Management (preferably in Financial Services / Exchange
House / Payroll Card Business)
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Strong understanding of Remittance, Foreign Currency Exchange, and Payroll Card Products.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
– Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance practices.
Looking for an individual who can contribute with the following tasks:
– Identify and acquire new B2B & B2C business.
– Planning & overseeing new marketing initiatives to drive business acquisition, retention & revenue growth.
– End-to-end sales life cycle management from preparing commercials, contract negotiation and closing deals.
– Stay informed on industry movements, market trends & developments to enhance product features and sales effectiveness to identify new opportunities.
– Collaborate with operations, compliance and product teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and service delivery.
– Track, analyze & report performance metrics and pipeline updates to management.
