Job Position – Business Development Manager
Company Name – React Holding
Location – Abu Dhabi – UAE
Bilingual – English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop new business opportunities and grow client accounts
– Build strong relationships with brands, corporate and government clients
– Lead pitches, proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations
– Identify cross-selling opportunities across advertising, media, OOH, events, production and digital services
– Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
– 5+ years of Business Development experience in an advertising/media agency
– Strong knowledge of the UAE market
– Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
– Strong UAE client network is highly preferred
– Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills
