Job Position – Business Development & Social Media Growth Strategist

Location: JLT, Dubai
Experience: 2–3 Years (Hardcore Aesthetic/Derma Sector)
What You’ll Do:

Revenue Engineering: Take full ownership of the sales funnel—from a follower’s first click to their third HydraFacial or Botox session.
Aesthetic Content Mastery: Create, direct, and edit high-conversion content (Reels/TikToks) that showcases our clinical excellence with a “Dubai Luxury” finish.
Market Strategy: Analyze competitors in JLT and beyond. You know what they’re charging, what they’re posting, and how we can outpace them.
Lead Conversion: Act as the bridge between social media and the front desk, ensuring no high-value lead ever goes cold.
KOL & Partnership Management: Identify and collaborate with Dubai influencers who actually move the needle for aesthetic clinics.

Who You Are:

The Derma Expert: You have 2–3 years of direct experience in the UAE Dermatology/Aesthetic market. You know exactly what patients are looking for in 2025.
The Strategist: You don’t guess; you use data. You understand CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and LTV (Lifetime Value).
The Creator: You are proficient in CapCut, trending audio, and “aesthetic” framing. You have an eye for what looks premium.
The Closer: You have a “Business Development” mindset. You’re motivated by growth, hitting targets, and seeing the clinic revenue climb.
