– Supporting the GM in business planning, execution, and performance monitoring
– Preparing, analyzing, and presenting high?level management reports, dashboards, and MIS
– Designing, implementing, and tracking KPIs across sales, product, and operations
– Driving follow?ups on strategic initiatives, targets, and cross?department action items.
– Coordinating with sales and product leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
– Providing data?driven insights to support commercial and operational decisions.
– Overseeing CRM data accuracy, reporting, and process improvements
– Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting analysis with finance.
– Ensuring effective internal communication between leadership and teams.
– Representing the GM in internal meetings when required and ensuring execution of outcomes.
Qualifications:
– Strong experience in management reporting, KPI frameworks, and business analysis
– Solid knowledge of the UAE IT industry and distribution ecosystem
– Working knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
– Proven experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow?up skills
-Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
– Strong organizational and time?management abilities
– Valid UAE driving license with own car
Preferred Profile:
– 5–8+ years in business operations, senior executive support, or management roles
– Experience working directly with senior leadership or GMs
– Prior coordination with sales, product, and finance teams in an IT or distribution environment
