Job Position – Call Center Customer Service Representative

Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any related discipline, preferably in Hospitality
2 years experience in a Call Center/ Admin environment of which at least, 1year experience in the UAE.
English proficiency; both written and oral
Knowledge of PC applications, MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and other office machines
Strong organizational skills and detailed-oriented.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Energetic personality, friendly, courteous, customer-focused, and excellent interpersonal skills.
