About the job
Royal Oasis Real Estate Brokers is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our growing successful team.
Requirements:
- Perform call center cold calling activities targeting prospects interested in buying properties.
- Good Communication Skills
- Worked on implementing lead management and follow up processes
- Proven track in Tele-sales and cold calling
- Ability of multi-tasking and working under high pressure
- Customer service oriented, with the ability of handling and resolving customer complaints
- Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office, Email platforms, and Property listing portals
- With experience will be a plus
- There will be a daily target
- Compensation: AED4000 + commission
- Candidate must be based in Dubai, UAE and can join immediate
Benefits:
- Monthly Salary – AED 4000
