Job Position – Datacenter Infrastructure Deployment Engineer

What You Will Do:
– Hardware Deployment
Install, rack, stack and cable enterprise-grade server chassis (Dell, HPE, Lenovo) and storage hardware.
– Storage Provisioning
Configure and commission SAN/NAS arrays (Dell EMC, NetApp), fiber channel switches, and RAID layouts.
– Network Integration
Deploy Top-of-Rack (ToR) switches, perform spine-leaf architecture integrations, and manage physical connectivity.
– Systems Provisioning
Execute low-level configurations via iDRAC/iLO/IPMI, set up hypervisors (VMware ESXi / KVM), and validate site readiness.
– Quality & Testing
Run diagnostic hardware testing, identify component failures, and ensure strict adherence to power, cooling, and structural cabling standards.
What We Are Looking For:
– Experience
3-5+ years of hands-on experience in physical datacenter infrastructure deployment or operations.
– Hardware Mastery
Deep technical knowledge of enterprise compute, block/file storage solutions, and data center environments.
– Networking Foundations
Strong understanding of OSI layers, physical switching, firewalls, and data center topologies (CCNA/CCNP Data Center is a major plus).
– Problem Solvers
Exceptional hardware troubleshooting skills under tight timelines.
– Communication
Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional network, systems, and facilities teams.
