Job Position – Camp Boss

To oversee the daily operations of type of (Security construction, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.)The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility management, staff coordination, and high standards of safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage accommodation, catering, and housekeeping services.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
-Supervise camp staff and maintain discipline.
-Monitor food supplies, inventory, and maintenance needs.
-Coordinate with management for smooth operations.
Requirements:
– Minimum 03 years of experience in camp management.
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations.
– Experience in [industry, e.g. Security oil & gas, construction, remote sites] preferred.
