Job Position – Cashiers/Sales Associates

If you have retail F&B/HORECA experience and are passionate about delivering great customer service,
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers, offering product suggestions
• Handle all cash transactions, including receiving payments and checking daily accounts
• Guide customers in selecting products and cakes
• Provide training to new cashiers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
• Handle store equipment and follow food safety protocols
Requirements:
• Age: 20-34 years old
• Friendly and energetic personality
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Able to work overtime (rarely), including weekends and special events
• Minimum 2 years of retail F&B/HORECA experience
• At least 2 years of cashiering experience
• Must be able to join immediately
