Job Position – CCTV Operator
Company Name – Gulf Model School
To join School Security & Safety team immediately.
This is a key role responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and protected learning environment for all students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor live CCTV surveillance across all school areas (classrooms, corridors, gates, transport zones)
– Detect, respond, and report security incidents in real time
– Maintain accurate daily surveillance logs and incident reports
– Support school safety procedures and emergency response actions
– Ensure full functionality and monitoring of CCTV systems at all times
Requirements (STRICT):
– Proven experience as CCTV Operator / Security Control Room Operator
– School experience is mandatory (non-negotiable)
– Strong observation skills and high attention to detail
– Basic computer literacy and reporting skills
– Good communication and responsibility under pressure
– UAE experience required
– Immediate availability preferred
Mandatory Document:
– Valid SIRA Certificate (Dubai Security/CCTV License)
– Updated CV
– Educational certificates (attested )
– Experience certificates
