Job Position – CCTV Supervisor
Company Name – GISCO
Maintenance experience in CCTV, Access Control, Telecommunication, networking etc., This role requires close collaboration with client, and project execution teams to ensure full compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Telecommunication or related engineering discipline
7+ years of relevant experience in CCTV, Access Control and telecommunication, networking within Oil & Gas Industry
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and local regulatory guidelines.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance.
Supervise day-to-day maintenance of CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVRs, monitors, switches, and control room operations.
Strong knowledge of analog/IP-based CCTV systems (BOSCH), VMS platforms (Indigo Vision), and advanced experience in networking.
Lead a team of CCTV technicians and assign tasks related to inspection, testing, and fault rectification.
Troubleshoot hardware/software faults and ensure timely resolution.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience in Image backup software (Acronis), RAID systems and fiber networks
Professional certifications such as A+, N+, MCP, MCSE, CCNA, or CCNP are advantageous.
