Job Position – Certified Medical Coder

Join healthcare team and play a key role in ensuring accurate medical coding, claims processing, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate diagnosis and procedure coding.
Monitor e-claims and e-prescriptions, resolving coding-related issues.
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with insurance guidelines.
Manage claim denials and support revenue cycle improvement.
Coordinate with clinical, billing, approvals, and insurance teams.
Conduct coding audits and provide feedback/training to staff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Medical or Allied Health field.
Certified Medical Coder (CPC, CCS, or equivalent).
Previous hospital coding/DRG experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of health insurance and claims processes.
Strong communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills.
