Exordium takes on organization challenges, advises, consults, and builds products and services that aim to help and enhance operation.
Our portfolio in AI includes defining, discovering, designing, and developing custom AI solutions to automate, optimize, and increase ROI efficiently, and effectively.
Our portfolio in Cybersecurity includes a range of niche products and services such as attack simulations, active cyber defense, IoT security, and forensic investigation.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer or COO to join the Exordium team on a part time basis and oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be responsible for the efficiency of business. The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. The COO will assist in compiling the company’s budget and employ strategies to safeguard assets and operations. You will compile financial reports and control financial policies and procedures. You will team up with management to implement business strategies.
To ensure success you should have a clear understanding of our company’s core values and culture. Top candidates will be exemplary leaders, have superb business acumen, exemplary work ethics, excellent people skills and have sound understanding of business strategies. The goal of the COO position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.
• Assist CEO in fundraising ventures.
• Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree preferred Business Administration or other related field, plus sever to ten years’ recent, related experience (including a minimum of three years’ team leadership experience), preferably in a start-up innovative organization or a major technology company. An equivalent combination of education, skills and experience may be considered.
• Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Experience in fundraising will be a plus
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus

• Exceptional leadership skills; ability to communicate, resolve issues, and create a motivating and inspiring team culture.
• Deep understanding of Digital Transformation requirements and processes
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Works closely with co-founders and other stakeholders.
• Able to perform multiple tasks, balance priorities and meet deadlines; ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary agile driven team.
• Takes initiative and has a high level of ambition, motivation, and passion.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.
• Experience of managing cross-cultural teams
• Experience of managing remote teams.
• Market Knowledge: Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the client operates and positioning self as a thought leader.
