Hiring for an experienced to join our dynamic Culinary & Food & Beverage team.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead and motivate the Stewarding team to deliver exceptional service.
-Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety.
-Manage stewarding operations, equipment, and inventory efficiently.
-Support kitchen and banquet operations to ensure seamless service.
-Drive productivity while maintaining compliance with HACCP and health & safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
-Proven experience as a **Chief Steward** or Assistant Chief Steward in a reputable hotel.
-Strong leadership and people management skills.
-Sound knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
-Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
-A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for excellence.
