Job Position – Chief Technology Officer

Your Mission:
As CTO, you’ll develop transformative strategies that leverage emerging technologies to ensure we maintain our competitive edge. You’ll foster a culture of innovation while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
– Develop, communicate, and execute technology strategy aligned with company goals
– Drive digital innovation by identifying and integrating emerging technologies
– Provide strategic oversight for IT infrastructure development and maintenance
Technical Excellence:
– Oversee technology-driven projects with clear communication and accountability
– Establish information security policies to safeguard organizational data
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and cybersecurity best practices
Business Impact:
– Collaborate with Strategy & Business Growth to identify new opportunities
– Work with Customer Service to ensure seamless customer experience
– Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to build positive relationships
Team Leadership:
– Oversee professional development and performance of your division
– Provide coaching and feedback to optimize team performance
– Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Operational Management:
– Prepare and manage divisional budget
– Define KPIs aligned with company goals
– Lead change management initiatives with effective communication
Qualifications:
– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT or related field
– Minimum 12 years in senior technology leadership roles
– At least 6 years of experience in parking operations or related industry
– Proven track record of successful technology strategy implementation
– Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
– Arabic Language Fluency
