We are looking for an AC/ Chiller Technician to join our Kanoo Property division. We are looking for candidates that have experience in the maintenance and repair of chillers, compressors and pumps.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the troubleshooting of the chillers.

• Carrying out PPM jobs for the chillers and pumps.

• All necessary maintenance works related to the chillers.

• Must have experience in the overhauling of compressors.

• Estimation load and materials for new A/C installation.

• Trouble shooting motor and electrical controls.

• Checking the chiller and prepare the complete service reports.

• Will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical repair of the equipment.

Experience and skills Required.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of AC chillers, pumps and compressors within the UAE.

• The candidate should have sound health, ready to work and flexible with work timings.

• The candidate must either hold a High School Degree or an ITI Diploma (preferred).

• Must be able to work unsupervised.

• Must be honest, reliable and a good team player.

• UAE Driver’s license (Preferred).
