Job Position – Civil Draftsman
Company Name – Unitek
Location: Abu Dhabi
Qualifications / Requirements:
– Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
– Expertise in Autocad, Revit, or similar drafting software’s.
– 3 to 4 yrs of experience as Draftsman, preferably within contracting companies in GCC.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings drawings (shop drawings, layouts, elevations etc.) for various general construction/ fit out and infrastructure projects.
– Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely submission of drawings.
– Review and modify drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
– Prepare coordination drawings incorporating all services.
– Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
– Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for accurate drafting.
– Utilize CAD software and other drafting tools to create detailed technical drawings.
– Maintain and organize all project documentation and drawings.
– Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
