Job Position – Civil Site Engineer
Company Name – Elite HR Consultancy
Location: Umm Al Quwain, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000
You will supervise on-site activities, ensure work is executed according to specifications and timelines, and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily site construction activities and ensure compliance with drawings and schedules
– Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and ensure quality control
– Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
– Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with municipality regulations and safety standards
– Assist with material approvals, shop drawings, and quantity take-offs
Requirements (Mandatory):
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma not accepted)
– Minimum 3+ years UAE experience as a Site Engineer on villa or residential projects
– Umm Al Quwain Municipality G+1 approved card (or willing to appear for the exam)
– Strong knowledge of structural works, finishing, MEP coordination, and site management
– Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read engineering drawings
– UAE driving license preferred
