Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations for guests with attention to detail and accuracy.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
Assist guests with inquiries, changes, and cancellations of reservations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize booking processes and improve guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience as a reservation agent of minimum one year
A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
