Job Position – Commercial / Quantity Surveyor

Valid UAE Driving License is required
We are looking for an experienced Commercial / Quantity Surveying professional with a background in the construction industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in:
Following up and coordinating progressive payment applications with clients and consultants.
Monitoring payment status and ensuring timely payment certification and collection.
Preparing, submitting, and following up on variation claims and approvals.
Managing final accounts, negotiation, reconciliation, and closure.
Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams on commercial matters.
Reviewing contractual and commercial requirements and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Strong negotiation, communication, and commercial follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain close coordination with project and finance teams to ensure timely commercial settlements.
Key Requirements
Construction industry experience is essential.
knowledge of Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management.
Proven experience in progressive payments, variations, claims, and final accounts.
Fluent in both Arabic and English – written and spoken.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to deal confidently with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
UAE construction experience would be an advantage.
