Seeking a Construction Manager – Piling to oversee all piling and foundation works on site. The successful candidate will ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise piling activities including bored piles, CFA, and driven piles.
– Plan daily site operations to achieve project schedules.
– Coordinate closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth execution.
– Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
– Monitor manpower, equipment, and materials.
– Resolve site issues promptly and provide technical support as required.
– Prepare and submit regular progress reports.

Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering.
– Minimum 15 years of experience in piling and foundation works.
– Strong technical knowledge of piling methods and site execution.
– Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
