-Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Problem-Solving: Ability to manage last-minute travel changes efficiently.
-Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
-Additional Expertise: Familiarity with visa requirements and travel documentation is an advantage.
-Flexibility: Willingness to work varied hours when required.
