Job Position – Corporate Travel Consultant
Company Name – Sharjah Airport Travel Agency
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and transfers in line with company travel policies.
Manage schedule changes, emergency rebooking, and ticket refunds.
Ensure adherence to client budgets and preferred vendor programs.
Handle travel documentation, including visas and travel insurance.
Holiday & Leisure Add-ons:
Design custom holiday packages, weekend trips, and personal travel extensions for corporate executives.
Provide expert destination advice, tourist itineraries, and activity recommendations.
Cross-sell leisure travel products to corporate contacts and business travellers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of active front-line experience in a travel agency handling both business accounts and leisure/holiday itineraries.
Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Galileo/Amadeus.
Strong global geography knowledge, airline fare rules, ticketing, and visa procedures.
Excellent communication, multi-tasking, negotiation, and customer care skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
