Key Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
-Minimum 8 years of experience as a Cost Controller in high-rise building projects with a main contracting company
-Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
-Experience in monitoring project expenditures, analyzing cost variances, and preparing cost control reports
-Ability to coordinate with project, commercial, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency and budget compliance
-Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and cost management software
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
-Immediate joiners preferred
