Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM and SEO strategies to improve customer engagement and drive traffic to our website.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty for our retail and fashion products.
· Create and execute targeted email campaigns and personalized customer experiences.
· Maintain and enhance customer databases and analyze customer feedback to develop effective retention and loyalty programs.
· Provide support to sales and marketing teams to ensure effective communication with customers and to drive sales through targeted promotions.
· Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs) for our retail and fashion products.
· Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-traffic, relevant keywords for retail and fashion products.
· Perform on-page optimization, link building, and content development to improve website visibility and search engine ranking for retail and fashion products.
· Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure that CRM and SEO strategies are integrated into overall digital marketing campaigns for retail and fashion products.
· Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and SEO for retail and fashion.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a CRM & SEO Specialist in the retail and fashion industry.
· Knowledge of CRM software, database management, and customer engagement strategies in the retail and fashion industry.
· Experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies and techniques for retail and fashion products.
· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other SEO tools.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Fluency in English& Arabic, both written and verbal.
· UAE work experience is preferred.
