Job Position – Customer Experience Officer

Hiring a dynamic and experienced to lead our showroom customer experience and reception operations.
Requirements:
– Female candidates preferred
– Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer experience, hospitality, retail, or showroom operations
– Proven experience managing and leading a customer-facing team
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
– Experience in the automotive or luxury retail industry is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and coach the Reception and Customer Experience team.
– Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
– Manage customer flow, walk-in allocation, and waiting times.
– Monitor showroom presentation, cleanliness, and staff grooming.
– Maintain customer records and support attendance scheduling.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
– Collaborate with Sales and other departments to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
