Job Position – Customer Service Executive

Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Register service complaints and assign tasks to technicians
• Manage front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area

Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience (service center/customer-facing roles preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus)
