Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to patient queries via call, WhatsApp & email
-Schedule virtual consultations and follow-ups
-Assist with insurance, billing, and subscription-related inquiries
-Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy
-Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, and support teams
Who We’re Looking For:
-Excellent communication skills
-Prior experience in customer service (healthcare preferred)
-Tech-savvy and patient-focused
-Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
