Job Position – Customer Service & Operations Executive
Company Name – Kricon Global FZCO
The newest addition to the Kricon ISO Tank and flexitank network, expanding our ISO tank container operations into the global market. As we build our presence in the region, we’re looking for a hands-on professional to help shape our customer service and operations from day one.
A blended role combining daily customer contact with operational execution. You’ll be the go-to contact for our customers while coordinating the ISO tank shipments that keep their business moving, working closely with colleagues and partners across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Primary contact for customer queries, bookings and shipment updates
Coordinate ISO tank movements: planning, documentation, depot/cleaning coordination, scheduling
Liaise with shipping lines, depots, hauliers and cleaning stations
Monitor shipments end-to-end, proactively resolving delays or issues
Manage documentation (bookings, invoices, certificates, customs paperwork)
Coordinate with offices across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia
Support setup and improvement of local processes as we establish in Dubai
What We’re Looking For
2-5 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding, tank container operations, or similar
ISO tank / bulk liquid / chemical transport exposure is a strong plus
Able to work independently and take ownership, while collaborating across time zones
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Based in Dubai, UAE
Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
