Job Position – Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
-Delivering information in professional way by answering questions about the company or resolving issues.
– Providing proactive customer outreach thru cold callings/emails/messages.
– Collecting and analyzing customer feedbacks.
– Collects payments by accepting cash, cheques, or card payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
– Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
– Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
– Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
– FLEXIBLE IN WORKING HOURS
– Willing to relocate in Dubai.
– Active teamwork player is a must
– English is a must
* Salary Range: AED 2500 – AED 3500
