Customer Service Representative

Minimum Requirement for CSR
• Degree or Diploma in any faculty.
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience as CSR in Qatar market (Vehicle Rentals/Automobiles)
• Well versed communication skills in English (verbal & written). A pleasant personality.
• Proficient in computer skills ( MS word, Excel, power point)
• Should have knowledge how to use POS machines.
• Should have strong CSR skills, including courteous and professional interactions over the phone, via email and in person.
• Should be ready work any shift (work schedule).
• Should possess Qatar valid Light vehicle Driving License.
• Should have valid QID (FREELANCER).
• Should be locally available in Qatar.

Preferred candidates who have good experience in Vehicle Rentals/Automobiles Sector.
