For client from FURNITURE &FITOUT industry based in Sharjah.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum 2-5 years of customer service experience in the UAE.
– Prior experience or familiarity with the furniture industry is required.
– Native Arabic candidates with excellent fluency in English.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
– Familiarity with basic computer applications and customer service software.
– Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel.
