Customer Service Representatives/Help Desk Support
Client- A government entity based in Dubai.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service sector for minimum of 2 years.
· Customer focused with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
· Fluency in English and Arabic.
· Candidate should be detail oriented with great documentation and paperwork skills.
· Should have experience in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, escalating issues appropriately when necessary.
· Assisting the customers on call or face to face and provide guidance as required.
· Basic knowledge in MS- Office.
