Job Position – Facilities Manager
Company Name – Thomsun Group
Thomsun Group is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management (FM) companies and hands-on experience in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage day-to-day FM operations and service delivery.
– Oversee MEP, HVAC, Fit Out work maintenance/ new projects.
– Manage site teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
– Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and service quality.
– Handle client coordination and operational escalations.
– Monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and resources.
Requirements:
– 8+ years of experience in FM operations.
– UAE experience is mandatory.
– Strong knowledge of MEP and facilities maintenance.
– Experience managing teams, multiple sites, and client accounts.
– Candidates from established FM companies preferred.
