Job Position – Customer Service Specialist & Quality Control

Who will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls with clients and leads generated from real estate portals and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage outbound and inbound calls with clients and leads.
– Provide information and support regarding real estate services and listings.
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information in the CRM system.
– Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and follow-up on leads.
– Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
– Participate in night shift rotations as required.
– Collaborate on marketing strategies to enhance lead generation.
Qualifications:
– Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
– Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
– Strong familiarity with CRM software and its functionalities.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently.
– Flexibility to work night shifts as needed.
– Must have a valid visa and be able to join immediately.
