Job Position – Customer Support -Lead

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 11,000 per month + Annual Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
– Resolve customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
– Process customer requests and maintain accurate records.
– Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
– Build and maintain positive customer relationships while delivering an excellent customer experience.
– Prepare reports and update CRM records as required.

Requirements:
– 2–5 years of experience in Customer Support or Customer Service.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
– Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
– UAE experience is preferred.
