Current Job Vacancies
1) Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Male & Female
Employment Type: Full-time – UAE Nationals Only
Job Responsibilities:
– Handle all government-related transactions (MOHRE, Immigration,
– Municipality, etc.) in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
– Prepare, process, and submit documents related to visas, renewals, labor cards, and other official paperwork.
– Liaise with various government authorities and departments on behalf of the company.
– Maintain updated records of employees’ official documents.
– Support HR and Administration departments in related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skils:
– UAE National with valid UAE family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government procedures.
– Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
– Possession of a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
2. NOC Engineer
Employment Type: Full-time – UAE Nationals Only
Job Responsibilities:
– Prepare and coordinate NOC (No Objection Certificate) submissions with authorities such as ADM, DMT, ADDC, Etisalat, DU, and other relevant entities.
– Review project drawings and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
– Follow up on NOC applications, track approvals, and resolve any design or coordination issues.
– Coordinate with design, infrastructure, and authority liaison teams to meet project timelines.
– Maintain accurate documentation of submissions, correspondence, and approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:
– UAE National with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
– 0–3 years of relevant experience in design consultancy or authority liaison preferred.
– Familiarity with NOC procedures and local authority guidelines in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
– Strong communication and coordination skills.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
