Selection Criteria:
-ITI / Diploma into AC / Refrigerator / Chiller maintenance from reputed / certified Government Institute is must
-Candidates must have experience in Operations, Maintenance and Repairs of Central plants, Air cooled screw type liquid chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Chilled Water System, Package, Split Units, Industrial Type Split, VRV
-Must have 3-4 years of experience in maintenance / FM within GCC
-Conversational English speaking is must

9) Beach Facility Manager (Arabic Nationality)
-5 to 7 years experience as Facility Manager preferably in Resort/ Hotel or -Beach Operations in the GCC.
-Bachelor degree in Engineering
-Knowledge in HSE, First Aid, and Procurement.
-Familiarity with beach services ordinances, regulations, and standards.
-Proficient in both Hard and Soft services
10) Technical Civil Manager (Arabic Nationality)
-15 years of total experience, with a minimum of five years in Qatar/GCC countries.
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
-Minimum five years of maintenance experience.
-MMUP UPDA certification is an added advantage.
-Able to join immediately and must possess a valid QID
11) Fire Alarm Fire Fighting Supervisor
-Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
-Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
-With 5 years of experience in GCC countries.
