Job Position – Data Entry Operator
Company Name – SNH Packing
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
– Enter and update Bill of Materials (BOM) information in the ERP/system accurately and on time.
– Maintain and monitor daily missing stock reports.
– Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
– Coordinate with the Packaging Department regarding invoices and related documentation.
– Generate and maintain logistics and inventory reports as required.
– Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of logistics documents.
– Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory tracking activities.
– Support the Logistics Manager with administrative and reporting tasks.
– Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
– Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in data entry, logistics, inventory control, or a similar role.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
– Good understanding of inventory management and BOM processes.
– Strong typing and data entry skills with high accuracy.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
