Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement predictive analytics and machine learning models.
Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for institutional stakeholders.
Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to improve student retention, enrollment forecasting, and academic performance.
Work with student information systems and educational datasets to support institutional research initiatives.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science.
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, predictive analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
Experience developing predictive models and interactive dashboards.
Higher education experience is highly preferred.
Experience with MOHESR, OBEF, Institutional Research, Learning Analytics, Student Retention, Enrollment Forecasting, or Academic Performance Analytics is highly desirable.
Experience working with student information systems and educational data is an advantage.
