Hiring for an experienced to join our IT team and provide high?quality end?user support across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands?on experience supporting Windows, macOS, and enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on?site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate to L2/L3 as needed
Handle new system setups, software installations, upgrades, and configurations
Manage user accounts (Active Directory, O365)
Install, configure, and support Windows 7/8/10/11, macOS, and MS Office
Maintain and repair computers, laptops, and peripherals
Use diagnostic tools for network and workstation troubleshooting
Document incidents and resolutions in the Service Desk system
Support branch setups, IT rollouts, and infrastructure projects
Ensure compliance with IT policies, ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 standards
Experience & Skills Required
4+ years of desktop/end?user support or IT helpdesk experience
Strong knowledge of PC hardware, laptops, and peripherals
Experience with SCCM, Lansweeper, ManageEngine, or similar tools
Solid understanding of network protocols and operating systems
Hands?on experience with Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune
Excellent communication, prioritization, and customer?service skills
