Job Position – Desktop Support Engineer
Company Name – Progress Security
Maintain IT systems, and ensure the reliability of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibility:
– Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for users (onsite and remote)
– Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
– Manage and support Windows Server through basic administration and trouble shooting
– Manage Office 365 / Microsoft 365 including user accounts, licensing, and mailbox support
– Troubleshoot hardware across desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
– Configure and maintain workstations and end-user devices
– Support network connectivity including LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration
– Assist with basic router and firewall setup
– Perform server hardware troubleshooting and component replacement
– Support storage configuration, backups, and disk management
– Maintain IT asset inventory and tracking
– Execute system updates including OS, software, and security patches
– Document issues, resolutions, and internal procedures
– Escalate complex technical issues when required
Experience Reauired:
– Strong experience in Windows-based environments
– Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
– Solid understanding of hardware troubleshooting and basic networking
– Structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
– Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently
