Job Position – Desktop Support Engineer
Company Name – TS
To provide first-level technical support, perform in-house installations, and support end-user devices. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, grow, and build a career in IT Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10/11.
-Support desktops, laptops, workstations, AIO PCs, printers, and peripherals.
-Perform OS installations, hardware upgrades, preventive maintenance, and in-house deployments.
-Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
-Provide basic support for Linux operating systems.
-Log and resolve incidents through the IT ticketing system and escalate when required.
-Maintain IT assets and documentation.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
-0–2 years of desktop support experience.
-Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
-Basic knowledge of Windows installation, PC hardware, networking, and Linux.
-Willing to learn new technologies and pursue technical certifications.
-Strong customer service attitude and team player.
Preference:
-Locally available candidates preferred.
