Job Position – Desktop Support Engineer L1
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
To join client’s IT support team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have solid technical troubleshooting skills, experience in desktop support, and the ability to provide effective on-site and remote IT assistance in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
· Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop or technical support
· Solid knowledge of Windows and macOS, office software, and remote support tools
· Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, and system configuration
· Experience with CCTV installation and router/access point setup
· UAE driving license is mandatory
· Strong communication and customer service skills
