Job Position – Document Controller
Company Name – Allied Consultants
A key team player in ensuring the accurate administration, coordination, and dissemination of all project documents. The candidate should have meticulous attention to detail, effective collaboration, and strong communication abilities, which are essential for a smooth flow of information, and documentation, and contribute with the project site team in successfully achieving the project construction timelines.
Main Duties:
Handling all correspondence such as letters, emails, transmittals, submittals etc..
Maintaining and updating Document control log on daily basis
Distributing all documents (incoming & outgoing) through emails, transmittals to project site team, Client, and Contractor.
Performing other duties as directed by PMO office.
Fulfil the requirements of whole project site team.
General clerical functions to maintain a seamless office environment.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Equivalent
Preferably 2+ years of experience
Computer knowledge, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF, Outlook), and proficiency in accessing portals of different Clients.
Document management.
Excellent organizing abilities, Good communication, and Time management skills.
Self-motivated and a good team player
Positive professional behavior.
Work Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi
