Job Position – Document Controller cum Secretary
Company Name – Al Farah Contracting
Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
Knowlege on SAP-ARIBA and CSEATS.
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
At least 2-5 Years Experience in the UAE/ GCC as document controller.
Good Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
Responsibilities:
Following and improving document control procedures.
Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards.
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients.
Producing document progress reports for senior managers.
Conducting regular reviews and document audits.
Print and distribute documents as needed.
Scan and upload documents according to company procedure.
Review and update documents for contracts.
Handle records across various departments.
Good written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with project personnel and management.
